We begin by evaluating the current state of the space and the needs of the individual/family. The first step is to define the purpose and intention behind each area. Then we declutter, removing items that no longer serve. Once the space is opened up, we’re able to work together with you to reorganize the space for a balance of functionality and harmony. Finally, we do an energetic clearing to release the old and welcome in the new.

Before starting Sanctum, for over 20 years I’ve worked extensively as a professional Reiki healer, massage therapist, and Bodyworker. After hundreds of sessions, I started noticing there was a relationship between the space a person lives in and their general energetic and emotional well being. As a natural extension of this healing work, I started tuning the space along with the person in it.
Over time, an entirely new discipline emerged - Space Tuning - starting with a local Nashville clientele that needed decluttering, restructuring, Feng Shui, and interior design combined with a deeper level of sensitivity and awareness of how uplifting it can be to live in a home that truly feels like a sanctuary.
